Berg Testimony Senate Judiciary 10.03.07

October 3, 2007 - Bill Bergh, President & CEO of Dairyland Power Cooperative, testifies in support of S.722 The Railroad Antitrust Enforcement Act and notes the impact railroad's antitrust exemptions have had on Wisc. "The bottom line is this: every month Dairyland has to pay millions of dollars more because of rail rates that have nearly doubled, and as a cooperative, every single cent of that has to come out of our members’ pockets."
